I finally found 3 pairs for my son that were instock and when I went to checkout it took $7 off my total vs. $7 off each shoe. Oh well Congrats to everyone that was able to get the great deal.
It looks like it must have been a glitch and they caught it; I was able to order 3 pairs of shoes for my kids earlier for $9, but when I’m trying now it is only taking a total of $7 off for the whole order.

so i spent a lot of time finding shoes that were still in stock and it did take the $7 off per shoe. but when i went to check out my total shot back up. i complained to customer service and they are giving me the original discout!!!

I wasnt upset at them canceling as it happens a lot with glitch deals BUT after I looked closer at the refunds I noticed they did nt refund my full amt. Lookes and they didnt cancel one item and are charging me the full $10 plus $6 shipping. What the heck, just cancel the whole order. Thats just pulling some junk!
I had a confirmed order at 5:30pm ….and at 11pm they CANCELLED my order. I spent an hour online chatting with customer service and they finally agreed to reinstate my order, but then told me my items were out of stock…. BUT I had confirmed on the phone with my Kmart that the shoes were there and would be ready for pick up first thing in the morning. The order was cancelled after my Kmart had already been closed for an hour. …so the shoes should still be there right?? I couldn’t get Customer Service to leave a message for the store to get first thing in the morning, explaining the situation and reinstating my order. 🙁

I totally agree. Honestly wouldn’t upset me one bit if they all closed their door forever, except for the lost jobs. Corporate sucks, ordering sucks, overall just a worthless company.

Nothing new….Kmart and it’s points program is one big old glitch! The points/rewards system is so flawed compounded with the most inept customer service in store and online makes it more frustrating than rewarding! I havnt stepped foot in Kmart for two years because of this mess! I love a good deal but not at Kmart! ((Sorry…for the rant lol))

They claim my items weren’t in stock at the store. I asked about having them shipped from the warehouse and rep again claimed out of stock. I then asked rep that if I reorder for shipment to my home, will they correct the order. She said yes. She is probably sitting, looking at my account, waiting for my reorder so she can hit the cancel button and claim “out of stock.”

2 hours wasted last night. Finally found shoes in stock and my total skyrocketed. Chatted with customer service who was no help. Gavej him all my items which took forever as their chat system is dated… All for him to say he’d reimburse me $7!!! Not $35. Said my total wasn’t above $30, it started at $43. Circles upon circles and all I got was bags under my eyes from not sleeping. I should have known better. I typically stay clear of Kmart but the kids need shoes!:(

My entire order got cancelled this morning. I try to not order from Kmart or Sears for this reason. They have cancelled many of my “amazingly priced”: purchases online.
They cancelled 2 out of the 3 pairs of shoes “like I requested” (NOT), and are charging me full price for the remaining pair! What?
Just talked to a online representative. You have to stick to your guns! At first he tried to take only $7 off my order, then $10 off my order. Then he tried to have me pick up my order, and when I said I couldn’t, he said I’d have to pay shipping.
Now I’ve been charged for shipping which he says will be refunded, but I’m skeptical because this whole ordeal is very shady! I will be much more hesitant to order anything from Kmart in the future.
Placed two orders last night. Got an e-mail this morning confirming MY CHOICE to cancel the order — which I didn’t opt to cancel. Guessing that I’ll get another cancelation e-mail soon. If they aren’t going to honor the orders placed, Kmart should just own up to their mistake, apologize, and take responsibility for canceling orders. Rarely shopped at Kmart previously. After this experience, I won’t be wasting my time shopping there online or in-person anytime soon.
How can they send an email saying it was canceled per my request! I certainly DID NOT cancel my order! At least say we are sorry a mistake has been made.

Although I understand everyone being upset that orders are cancelled, it’s not Kmart/Sears not honoring something. It was clearly a “glitch.” No where on the site did it say $7 off per pair. The “coupon”/”page” specifically said “$7 off your shoe purchase of $30 or more.” And, as far as the email saying “cancelled per YOUR request”….they are just using a template. Try not to take it personally 🙂

The website page clearly said $7 off $30 purchase of shoes. NOT $7 off each pair of shoes. You win some deals and you lose some. Move on. Stop harassing and bullying customer service. “entitlement” however Kmart frequently does this kind of nonsense! Just a couple weeks ago the sweeps suffered from a glitch and awards points then locked accounts. I understand an occasional glitch but Kmart is shady and never apologizes for its mess!

Since part of my order was cancelled I wanted to find out what will happen to the rest of it, because I had order soccer cleats for my 5 year old that I need this Friday. Well after online chat I was told that I will get a refund of couple of dollars back along with my $10 off $20 coupon and that the rest of my order was still processing so here is to hoping it doesn’t get cancelled as well.
