You can’t trade rewards, they’re linked to your card & your card has to be used when redeeming them.
Thats not altogether true. You can just hast to be a synchrony bank card with gap inc.

How long it take get the Gap ecard from staples?
The last time I ordered it from them it took about a week. They actually mail a card.
I ordered a Gap eGift card yest and today I received an email saying that I’ll receive the Egift card on May 2nd. Two weeks from now. You’d think that since these are Electronic, we’d receive them sooner… I’m trying to contact Staples now…
I’d just called and spoken to them and they sent me the Egift card immediately. 🙂
