    So Starbucks sent the survey and when I said I went to Starbucks within the past week it said I didn’t qualify? What a way to treat the best customers.

      I just took the survey and got the same..Did not qualify…(I went to Starbucks today)…guess we shouldn’t be such good customers!

      I’m thinking this is a scam, I’ve received that email twice, in a 2-3 month timeframe and I got the same results as you (saying I don’t qualify). I searched the web, found a few suspicious results as well about “e.starbucks.com” I also logged a case with Starbucks customer service. They said they never give $5 e-certs for a customers response to a survey. I am running a current virus scanner to ensure my computer is okay. Maybe you should do the same!

      Could somebody tell me with this new Starbucks app how you tell how many rewards you have and when they expire?

        Mine show up on the main page when the app opens.

          When I open it says you have multiple star rewards. Can’t see how many or when they expire.

        Same question here and no one at a couple stores I’ve asked could answer. It says I have multiple star rewards, expire 5/8 and when I touch it, it asks if I want to use it in store or mobile order… Very frustrating as it doesn’t show online like it used to with the old rewards and no one seems to know anything. I even emailed their customer service and they completely ignored the question I asked!!!

          I’m glad I’m not the only one! The other thing that’s happening to me is on the top of the app right hand side. The little lines that’s for there music, I’ve never used and they never did anything. Now when I get any where near a store they start to move?? A customer told me in the store its using my data? I asked in two stores and they don’t know anything!

            It’s to promote a relation between Starbucks and spotify. No data. I don’t have a spotify acct. sp I ignore it

        Go to you pay screen, and tap on any of your gift cards, the rewards will show up. It looks like they hide the rewards behind the gift cards. I like the old app much better — all info is there and easy to find.

          Those are the old rewards, not the star rewards which is the new “reward.”

        When you go into history tab under the menu, itll show how’s many and when it expires. Hth

        On the main page of the app you will see a history tab. Click on that. Now look to the right of the history tab – you will see star expiration.

          My star expirations show May June July and August and All say zero?

            I’ve also looked under the history and I can see where my stars converted over and I can see a sandwich award and when that expires but I don’t see any other rewards added after that even though I did get an email saying that earned one and like I say now it’s snowing multiple rewards? Thanks for all your help

              On your home page under the #of stars you have, there should be a gold shaded strip saying the following “* you have some star reward”. You can click on that.

              My app keeps force closing when I try to look at History. It shoes briefly i have 30.4 stars and that I need 270 stars by April to remain Gold, and on the main page of the app, 95 til my next reward. I logged in via desktop and it just shows the same for star expiration May/June/July/August – Zero.

              I have been getting a lot of Bonus Star offers via email too, so this is a good way to pad your stars!!

              10 bonus stars when I order a handcrafted Espresso when I use mobile order & pay by May 3
              50 bonus stars for entering 2 Star Codes inside packaged coffee by May 8
              30 bonus stars for purchasing a Breakfast Item by May 1
              50 bonus stars for any purchase by May 5 (can redeem multiple times)
              10 bonus stars for getting a Frapp 4/22-4/28 (I did redeem this offer on 4/25. I will receive a confirmation email on 5/2 since I redeemed and stars deposited by 5/5)

              I did click on the part that says you have some star rewards but then it asks me if I want to use in store now or online for order pick up or it says cancel so I’m afraid if I clicked on it it may take something away.

              Mel, I also have been getting all kinds of offers for extra stars I had one that said I would get 60 stars if I ordered ahead for pick up! I sure did that one.

        On my app the home screen has a gold bar that says you have multiple rewards, number of stars in the gold bar coincide with the number of rewards I have. Hth

    I got 37% through, and then when I told them I used my Starbucks Rewards card in the last week, they booted me. Since it coincides with their automatic gold status promotion, I’m sure the majority of people will have visited in the last week, which means hardly anyone will qualify.

    Hmmm… I used the card this week and qualified. It was a longer survey – about 10 minutes. It said I would receive the e-gift card in 2-3 weeks.
    Thank you Collin for verifying the email. I wouldn’t have taken the survey otherwise.

    I got the survey but the reward was 10 stars. I’ve been a Gold member for years. No gift card opportunity for loyal customers I guess.

      Same here, been a gold member since 2008 and received the 10 stars for filling out the survey.

    Participated and will receive the $5 gift card. Fairly lengthy survey–took at least 20 minutes. I’ve been a Gold member for years but only visit once a month or so.

    I had 2 earned rewards from before the new program and when I went to use one on the 30th it took 125 of my stars!
