Not $3.89 if you live in WI though. Bummer at $9.53 for shipping and the time wasted designing the card.
Nicole, I saw that too for mine. Shipping automatically goes to standard. If you edit it and choose BUDGET, it will work. Try again. I promise you, you did it wrong
