Anyone else unchecked the email/direct mail boxes on the address form? My request won’t go through, and I’m wondering if it’s because I won’t allow email or direct mail. I’ve tried mobile, ipad, and desktop, but the “next” button doesn’t complete the request. Everything else works fine. And I do accept cookies. Hmmm. Oh, well.
You have to check both boxes it wouldn’t let me submit the next button until I did.
I had this same problem. I went back and did the survey again and this time when I unchecked both boxes, I ALSO erased my email address that it has you put in as required the first time. Once I erased them, it allowed me to continue to the next screen. Hope this helps.
That’s what I do too Kelly. If you have the form completely filled in then you do have to opt in and check both boxes. But if you remove your email address you can uncheck both boxes and submit the form.
