Jessica, I haven’t received my order either. When I contacted Everybuying about it, they told me I would get a refund if I didn’t receive my order by July 14th. I contacted them yesterday stating that I still have not received my order. Instead of issuing me a prompt refund like they said they would, they are asking for all of my information again as if they didn’t have it and also asking me to check my post office for the package. Packages are delivered at the address given and if they can not be delivered, the post office leaves a note to go to the post office to pick it up. I replied and let them know I will be opening up a case against Everbuying on Paypal if I don’t receive my refund promptly. They need to just do what they said they were going to do. Very frustrating and a lot of disappointed children!!! I hope you are having better luck than me.
curious if you all have had any luck. Everbuying refunded all but one cent of my order. Paypal wont dispute them over one cent. Paypal just credited my account one cent. Honestly, i want everybuying to send me the full refund. This is the biggest scam ever. Its not paypal’s fault. Everbuying says they are keeping my last penny because they are out the cost of my order shipping (though never received). What a total scam!!!
They are dragging their feet in issuing me a refund. Now they are asking me if I want credit to purchase from them again or a refund, even after I stated to refund my $6.39 via Paypal? REALLY??? I decided to look them up on the BBB (Better Business Bereau) and found out they have an “F” rating and also there is an alert posted about this company (https://www.bbb.org/sacramento/business-reviews/electronic-equipment-and-supplies-dealers/everbuying-com-in-shenzhen-ca-47040720/):

I ordered may11 and still haven’t received my order. What a scam company. They offered me credit yesterday. No way! I made them refund me. I will never buy from Everbuying again.
