   Is it safe to download Coupon Bridge (this printing app for this coupon) ? I’ve never heard of it or used it before

   I went to target today and they had ring pops but when tried to used the coupon their comouter doesn’t take it, they said is because is missing the bar code on the top. I wanted to buy two bags and use two coupons but they only allowed me to use one and gave me the 2.50 off manually, any of you had same problem? ??
