After you send your text, you will get a reply with a link to click on. Since I am not able to do that on my phone, i just type in the link on my computer. It looks like a website address (not an email address. Sorry for the confusion, I used the wrong word!). It will take you to a store coupon, which you can print out. Hope this helps!
