I bought this. But how and when should I see my credit
You should get an email when your order ships saying the credit is ready and then you should be able to use on select items. If you go to https://www.amazon.com/sample-boxes it will tell you the status of your credits. When you use the link it will include a list of items you can use the credit on. I have ordered 3 of the sample boxes, but the credit only worked correctly on the first one. I never got an email for the second and Amazon just applied a promotional credit when I asked about it. The third order was the syrups, which were great. It says the credit is available, but it never actually applies at checkout. I just emailed amazon to fix as I have tried for many weeks.
These syrups were great, I would buy them again. We used them to flavor coffee, tea and red bull.
I did this, but found the credit was only a percentage off, in increment ratios until you reach the $9.99. I was disappointed. You cannot use the $9.99 all at once, therefore you must spend much more to save. Not a great deal.
thank you for this helpful feedback. i have been on the fence about these sample packs a couple times, and i don’t like it when credits or promotions are difficult to use or very restrictive.
also, i noticed the syrups are only like mini-bar sized, so could only use to flavor probably 2 drinks each.
I bought the syrup sample box and loved it. I took a few of the 9 mini-bottles on vacation. (Easier than trying to travel with flavored creamer). They were the perfect packable size and made plain hotel coffee worth drinking. ☕️ Also, I had no problem using the whole $9.99 credit in one transaction (purchased a large bottle of maple flavoring; it was only a couple bucks after credit).
I’ve bought a sample box before and had no problems at all using the credit. In the email they send afterward, there is a link to where you can see the credits in your account. It also shows what products are applicable to be purchased using the credit. I bought the protein bar sample box last time and used the credit afterward to get a huge value sized box of protein bars nearly free. I combined it with a Prime Pantry shipment in which I also was using the code where you get free delivery if you get 5 certain items, along with one of the $5.99 credits for no-rush shipping, and got a TON of stuff for a tiny fraction of the price. It was great.
