same here. the company was not helpful either when i inquired about what happened, since i got the confirmation email and everything saying they would be shipping me the 3 freebies. they said i was welcome to try and take advantage of any future promotions they may have.
they even said they have no record of me signing up for their club, even though i get their club emails a couple times a month.

Once I click on Collins link, I click the little arrow in the corner and open the link in safari and then I’m able to use auto-fill. That’s my solution!
