What is considered occasional? My whole adult life I have slept in 2 hour increments and now that I have gotten older I sleep in one hour increments every night. I wonder if melatonin would help me get back to 2 hour increments. It makes for a long night when it is one hour increments.

I worry a lot but I think that is normal with three grand kids and two disabled brothers not to mention dogs and cats. LOL Living in the country we always have animals dropped off. You should see a doctor about that. That’s not a normal sleeping pattern and there’s probably something you can do to treat the cause of it. Good luck!
