The hand blender is showing up as $39.99 in my cart.

Darn! Thanks for the heads up!

I ordered hand blender last time. Mail in rebate form didn’t come in the package and not available online. When I called Macy’s, they said they can’t find the rebate form for my order date. I gave up, Macy’s customer service was very rude and bad. Not recommend to buy from them.

I thought so too, they gave a customer my credit card number and let her charge on it. They later told me they do this if customers forget their card and the checker was off by one name and charged me.
It was a huge deal getting it taken care of and they ask me at the end if there is anything else they can help me with?? Yeah, help me by protecting my info! No apology either.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Sorry to hear about that 🙁 Did you contact the Macy’s Rebate Center? I have found them to be helpful even through live chat, when contacting them directly. Hope this helps! Rebate Customer Service: 877-829-8584 Rebate Track Site: http://www.macysrebates.com

Just a heads up on the rebate process: I ordered the Tools of the Trade baking set about a month ago at Macy’s.com and picked up in my local store. I submitted the rebate as I’ve done before. Today when I checked my rebate status it said it was “invalid” due to “invalid purchase location”. I went to Macy’s online chat to check on it and at first the Chat rep told me it was invalid but that because I was a “valuable customer” he would validate it for me. I politely told him I appreciated him doing that, but that the rebate form clearly stated the purchase must be made at a Macy’s store or Macy’s.com, which I had done, so the rebate shouldn’t have been invalid in the first place. I did ask him to clarify if future rebates for purchases made at Macy’s/Macy’s.com would qualify and he said they would. Makes me wonder if they had a system glitch, but I think he should have said so vs. sounding like he was doing me a favor.

Glad to hear you were still able to grab the rebate Barb! Thanks for sharing your experience!

how do we send in the upcs for the $25 macys gift card if we already use them for the $10 rebates?

    • Jeanie

Great question! I’m wondering the same too. I would rather get the $25 gift card than the $10 if I can only use one.

Thank you for this deals post! I purchased the items before the 10/30 date but I cannot access the rebate form as it now shows November rebate offers :/ By chance, did anyone save the October rebates form that would kindly email it to me: dpramdial11@gmail.com
    Thank you in advance.

I had the same problem I did contact the rebate customer service and did the web chat with them. They told me to email the information to them but when I did the guy told me that they still needed the rebate form. So now I’m waiting to see what he says because like you said you cannot access that form anymore. So if you are able to get it please let me know as well. I would hate to return everything.

    • Jeanie

I did a google search and came across Macys Archived Rebate Offers. This will take you to all their rebates and yes, you can print them. Click on the month of October 2016 and you will be able to print it.

      • Rubi

I can not thank you enough. Thank you so much
        God bless

        • Rubi

Ginger I just got an email from the customer service rebate. This time it was a different person but they processed it with all the information I send them. Nevertheless I’m glad you were able to find it in case I did need it. But aleast we know for next time. Have a wonderful bless weekend and thanks again!

My mom got this rebate we filled everything correctly for the 10 USD rebate and we got it denied. We try to call customer service and they don’t solve anything.
Guess we wont believe in Macys ever again.

    • Rubi

Try and call again or email again you will get a different person and maybe that one will know what to do. That’s what happen with me.
