It is not working for me.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Hi there! Be sure to login to your account. I am still finding the points available 😉

  2. Amy

I have an $8 off of $20 I was planning to use today. Hopefully this will work with it. That would make for a sweet deal

  3. arty

Will I get points if I use points to pay?

    • nancy

      No

  4. Mark

I bought a refrigerator at Sears, got 12,000 shop your way points, trouble is the points weren’t put in my account, when I contacted shop your way customer service, they said it was only $12.00. As a matter of principle, I contacted a tv news consumer advocate about the matter, should make for an interesting youtube video. I wonder if this is happening all over the nation which is why Sears and K-Mart who’s owned by Sears Holdings are both downsizing.

    • Katrina

But 1,000 points is equal to $1, so that sounds like it’s right. Were you supposed to get more points back?

      • Mark

I didn’t get any of the points, and their customer service dept. took the attitude that it was only $12.00, I didn’t get any of the points, but being a senior citizen, I come from days when the principle of the matter was more important, than the money.

        • Mark

It was only a $1,200.00 refrigerator on sale, I was told it was a close out on Whirlpool refrigerators at Sears, Not a Kenmore.

        • Jessica

After Kmart accepted my order, they cancelled it due to “out of stock”. I lost my 20% off coupon along with this 5,000 pts back promo opportunity, and all their customer svcs offered me was bunch of useless coupons… They do not let me another transaction to earn 5,000. SO frustrating 🙁

    • kelly

Hi Mark, 12000 syw points is $12.

    • nancy

12,000 shopyourway points is only 12 dollars. Unless you meant 120,000 that would be 120 dollars.

    • sophie

For buying a fridge 120,000 points sounds about right. I’d fight them on this one. Heck I got more points back for buying mens underwear lol.

    • SM

      12,000 points is worth $12.00
      1,000 points equals $1

    • Emily

I think he was meaning that they were saying that since it was only $12, why should he care if he didn’t get the points. Very frustrating, I would have been upset. Sears has horrible customer service in my experience. About the only thing that will get them to do anything is filing with the bbb. I have had to do it twice with ridiculous things that should never have happened. It was the only thing that got them to finally fix things.

There’s a 10 piece Pyrex set for $14.45 (regular $34.99) and it qualifies for the $5 back in points. Thank you so much for posting this deal! So many great gift options for family. 🙂

  6. Lynn

FYI the shop your way rewards are valid on your next order (within 14 days), not automatically deducted from the order

  7. Lel

Unless there is a promo, I don’t think you should expect 10% back in points. It usually is much less.

Anyone have issues with logging into their kmart account/app as well as trouble with redeeming coupons and surprise points in store? I have recently gave up on kmart because i was having trouble in store with my coupons and surprise points and no one was able to offer help. Additionally, my log in stopped working on the app and website. I can successfully log into shop your way rewards. I told to the CS at the store and had no luck. I also chatted online and ran into a technical error trying to log in and the rep told me there was nothing he could do that that time other than place an order on my behalf. Not sure what to do at this point.

    • Samanthology1

I ran into that a few weeks ago. I couldn’t log in even though i knew my password was right. I contacted customer service three times and got nowhere. Then mysteriously it started working again a week later. Now I’m having a separate issue of points from the instant win sweeps not getting credited to my account. SYW is great when it works, but it seems to have some serious computer glitches often

    • JoJo

Me too. I can’t log into the Kmart app because it won’t recognize my password, even after I reset it.

There’s a good deal on basic editions ankle boots….buy 2, total is 29.98, get back $54 in points. Plus there’s a $5 off $25 in shoes coupon. Almost a $30 MM.

    • Kathleen Zimmer

Krista… do you have a link to this deal? I’m VERY interested. Looking for ankle boots for my daughter! Thank you!!!!

      • Kristi

@Kathleen, Add two pairs of the Basic Editions Women’s Remix Ankle Boots and they will automatically be buy one get one 50% off in cart. It will say “You could earn 52,300 points to use later/includes a $52.00 bonus points offer for qualifying offers”
I’m not sure where the $5.00 off $25.00 shoes coupon is. I didn’t get one in my account. Boots are here:

Thank you so much for the info!!! 🙂

          • Kristi

no problem! and thank you to Krista G for sharing this. 🙂

        • Sarah!!

Is this deal just for ankle boots?

    • Debbie

thank you krista got 3 pairs of boots had surprisepoints ( $9.00 ) $16xx mm for me

    • M

Thanks! Will see if I get the points though.

  10. Sara

I did this deal a few weeks ago. One of their big canvas storage baskets on on sale for $6.74 down from $10.99, I used a 20% off a home item coupon and paid like $5.40 + tax and got back $5!

  11. M

Contigo Snapseal is the deal of the day on Amazon today for $8.99

  12. Lori

I purchased Essential Home shower curtain liner for $7.99 today, and chose free in-store pickup. (I didn’t pay with points or apply any coupons BTW.) Got back $7.40 in points with this promotion! Not sure how they calculated the points back, but I’m not complaining 59 cents for a shower curtain liner is awesome.

  13. Amanda

Hi I just picked up 2 pairs of black booties one for me and another for my mom for Christmas I paid 19.99 @ I made 51. in points thanks to everyone for their guidance I cant wait to shop again!

  14. Debbie

they cancelled my boot order why ??

    • Sara

Since it is such a great deal they probably ran out of the boots in the warehouse

      • Debbie

Sara I reordered lol and got an even better deal

  15. Erika

When will they credit $5 back in your a/c for store pick up? After I pick up the item or right after I place the order? Thanks for your help in advance!
