Anyone get calls from Macy’s to confirm order? I just had 3 missed calls with voicemails saying if I didn’t call back to confirm they would cancel my order.
Yes, i am getting them back to back to back, on the phone with one rep while another one calls. Each rep will only confirm ONE order (I made 13 orders) so I have to call Macy’s by Monday to confirm the other orders (which I missed the phone call and got a voicemail) or they will be cancelled. What a PITA! The corporate number I was given is closed right now. I bet it will be crazy busy tomorrow. At least my items are shown as backordered and not cancelled yet (for some items). Some things showed as “in stock” after going out of stock, so I hope they make good on the orders and don’t just cancel them.
Two questions. I made 4 transactions and received 4 emails saying I earn $10. I only see one $10 and I can’t print it. Help;)

The agent said that they were having technical issues with the site, I can place order with her but I won’t get the $10 Macy’s money. 🌺

I think its up to 5 can be combined and there is no limit in store. I have $140 in Macy’s money right now and will be using it in store hopefully!
