It’s added to your Macy’s wallet but the email says: “Shop with it online & in stores from 11/30/16-12/14/16 on our best brands—including cosmetics & fragrances! You can even use it on top of coupons & sale prices!”
Theres a limit on how many 10.00 we can get?

I think the delayed shipping option appears only on desktop. I didn’t see it on mobile browser so I tried desktop and it showed up😊

When I tried to go through the ebates app or directly from here on my iPhone it didn’t give me the no rush option. But when I went through ebates on my phone’s browser (safari), I was able to choose the no rush shipping for Macy’s money. Hope this helps someone.

I had issues with the Macy’s cash last time, it would not work when I tried to use it for another purchase ( during that time frame) it deducted it but when I placed the order the amount deducted did not show. I canceled the order immediately and called customer service and ordered over the phone and she was able to use the $20 cash I had in the wallet. If this happens to you no panic they will help you over the phone, maybe it was just an error that day because I was one of many callers with the same problem .

Just a warning if you’re planning on using Paypal to checkout… They cancelled both of my orders because i used paypal and then wanted me to place them again and give the confimation numbers so that they could approve them. Wasted an hour on the phone with a supervisor to say screw it. Just went back to the site to use my debit and of course, one of the colors i had chosen is now out of stock. Macy’s online is a joke. Guess i’ll be missing out on the cash, which sucks cause I like to go in and buy clothes.
How long after you ordered did they cancel? I ordered about two hours ago using PayPal, got my order confirmation and Macy’s Money emails. Wondering if I will get a cancellation notice now.
I used paypal also they haven’t been canceled yet hopefully I don’t have issues.
They cancelled mine within 10 minutes.

I switched to Internet Explorer, and there was my option. Sweet deal!!! I bought a lipglass, 2 mini pigments, and 2 Ralph Lauren king-sized pillows for $27.05, plus I received $10 in Macy’s money! YES YOU CAN STACK. I used macy’s money last month with no problem. I had a $25 purchase and used two $10 “macy’s money” vouchers and it was no problem!
