Not mobile. Did a long chat with Amazon Costumer service this morning. They directed me to a contact us form, which I used. No reply yet. Seems Amazon prints c(ontracted with Snapfish) has a lot of kinks to work out to get it up to the customer service and shopping experience we are used to with Amazon. I will agree that the quality of the free ones was nice, and that’s why I was eager to just order more with this promo. Getting that $7 charge (for prime members) on that deal was an ordeal too though. Bummer.
I just ordered 75 cards for only $24.53! You cannot beat that price! I cannot believe how much shutterfly and tiny prints charges for the same thing! I hope the quality is good like other people said! I was hoping for a good deal to come around so I am super excited! Thank you!

I am having a problem, maybe someone knows how to do this. I pick a card design that I like and start to customize the card. On the photo tab, I click Get Photos and it brings me to my uploaded photos in Prime Photos. I check the photo I want and click the button Add to Project. It goes back to my card, but the photo never shows up in the project………the photo tab remains blank.
How odd, I’m wondering if a different browser might work better for you.

Are these on photo paper or cardstock? I know you can upgrade to 120 lb cardstock for 75 cents per card additional. I would be happy with a lighter cardstock if the standard is 100 lbs. Can anyone speak to this?
I have to agree with the others on the amazing quality for the price of the photo cards. I also did the 25 free on Black Friday and think the ones from Amazon are my favorite (also did a Shutterfly and Walgreens order bc of different coupons/deals). You also get free return address on the envelope which is better than Shutterfly!

Prints are not working for the 60% off.
Darn! I am still finding the offer available, however it looks like it is not working for the prints.
I tried to order prints last night and again this afternoon and both times got a message saying that the discount code “HOLIDAY” did not qualify for my order 🙁 Super bummed.
🙁 I was going to order the prints too – just seen on the site and on this page that Prints no longer seem to be included. Guess I need to get moving quicker next time! I ordered prints at the regular 9 cents and was highly impressed – at 6 cents it would have been a steal! Hopefully they offer a prints discount in the future!

I ordered the free cards and was completely impressed. Amazing quality and image resolution. I think this will be my go-to for holiday cards now. Which is saying a lot because I love the Sam’s Club black Friday deal of 100 cards for $15. These cards from Amazon are worth the higher price for the great quality.

Kaitlin, there are double-sided cards. Click the arrow on the right next to your card and it will show you the back side. On the left menu, click on “colors and layouts” and you can choose photo and text options. Hope that helps!

I just ordered 25 cards from Amazon less than 48 hours ago, thinking another promotion probably wouldn’t come around. Unfortunately, I didn’t have my photos ready for the Black Friday promo. When I saw this code, I called customer service and they credited my account for the difference… yay!

it depends on the coupon. some shutterfly coupons say they “can be combined with other site offers, including Free Shipping” some say they can’t. you’ll need to read the fine print

Help! After discovering the awesome hip2save site yesterday, I went straight to my Amazon prime account to order the holiday cards. However, when I clicked on “Christmas cards” or “double-sided cards” it takes me to a screen with nothing on it. The page it goes to shows the headers for Amazon prints as well as my name, but nothing below that. Any ideas? I’ve tried it using safari and google chrome.
