I’ve had three offers canceled through topcashback,the last was a toys r us 15$ giftcard.Has anyone else had this problem?

Anyone get the pumpkin spice pods from the previous top cash offer. I contacted them numerous times and never got a response.
I never get a response,signed up 4× for offers that were canceled with no explanation.

I signed up and used topcashback the week of Black Friday and made 4 different transactions with Shoebuy (ugg boots deal). It was supposed to be 13% cash back but none of the 4 purchases I made showed up. I contacted them but got no reply
