Yes. I ordered two items on Sunday and it looks like one won’t arrive until after Christmas, smh. I did a chat with customer service and they say their staff will be working 24/7 to get orders out in time for Christmas. I’m hoping it all works out. However, in my email about the ornament,it said it would arrive by December 23. Not sure if that’s due to expedited shipping.
I was going to place an order. The shipping is $9.95 and it will be here after Christmas. Thanks for letting us know but I am going to pass on this one.

How do these compare to shutterfly ornaments?
they are pretty similar but a little larger from what I have seen.
