did you enter in the code for the upgrade or expedited shipping? Those will not combine. Go to your saved offers and uncheck those promos. Or uncheck everything and apply it one by one.

I had a free shipping from Pampers in my acct, it showed $0 due, tried to check out and they removed my free ship code from my account completely.

Yes!! It did that with mine I’m so upset about it I spent a lot of time on my orders and now I don’t know what to do

She tried adding in another free shipping for me and it still didn’t work- she said there was a bug in the account but it would take 7-10business days to fix so she suggested adding another account (which I just added this one today) it went to the same unavailable right now screen as some others- sounds like a site issue to me
Thanks. I’ll try customer service too. I ended up removing a couple things and paying the outrageous shipping but the Pampers didn’t expire until Jan 31. I hope they can give me another one.

I have had codes removed before because I had my billing address tied to 2 accounts. (Thought I could use my mom’s account & codes to get more items and just charge it to my card but then it removed all my codes in my mom’s account that I had used in my account).
On a different Shutterfly error on ordering tonight, I was having trouble placing my order (kept giving me a error code and try again later message). I read on their facebook page that I might need to try to remove some codes and check out the order again. Once I removed the AARP free 8×10 code, it worked fine. Hope this can help others that are experiencing issues tonight.
My sister had the error issue while checking out too. Her grand total was zero. I add a small print for 7 cents and checked out fine. I had a similar issue last year. The system doesn’t like large orders for 0.00.

Thanks too to free shipping I found in hubby’s email. I was hoping to use one of my free wall calendar and the $20 off holiday cards but they won’t let you combine or stack it with the desktop plaque. That would have been awesome!
