I am assuming that you don’t add the border. You need to pick a plaque design that already includes the border. Look over the designs again and see if it shows one with the border you want.

Hmm, are you choosing the 5×5 or 5×7 rectangle? I am still finding the offer to be valid. Also, if on a mobile device, sometimes that can cause issues. If not, maybe try in a different browser. Hoping one of these options help out!
The plague is a $ reward . So if you are using a 8×8 book or calendar code (if they are $ codes ) or any 20$ off you won’t be able to use them all in the same order.
