At the store today, they told me you have to give them your phone number to get these mailers.
And it has to be a land line number I was once told, so they can trace your address. Not sure if that is still accurate.
My “then” landline was converted to a cell! I shopped at B&BW soooo many times, but never gave them my #, so I sure hope I find one of these in my mailbox tomorrow!
It’s odd how they do this. I buy candles once a month, along with Wallflowers and NEVER get these. My friend, who literally buys nothing from them, gets mailers for free items all the time. 🤷🏽♀️I also give my e-mail address each time I purchase.
I never get the mailers I give them my email and my phone # and never get them I asked the sales clerk and she told me to call and see if I could get on the mail out list.
I’ve heard that BBW and Victoria’s Secret are linked. So if you have an angel card and are in BBW system then the rewards are awesome. I’ve seen free 3 wick candle coupons come through!

I agree with you- I’m pretty sure all the “mall” stores have linked mailing lists. I get BBW and VS mailers with my name wrong. Then a few months ago I got a fat Restoration Hardware catalog addressed the same way. I think they sold my name but the joke’s on them- I couldn’t afford doorknobs from RH, much less anything in that huge catalog.
I got the mailer with a free signature item coupon, a 20% off coupon, and a Wallflower Unit and Refill for $6.00 coupon yesterday! I give my email address every time I shop in-store.
I just tried ordering online and the shipping was $9.99 instead of $5.99. Maybe that flat rate was only for the holidays.
How odd, I am still finding the shipping to be $5.99 when heading to checkout.
If it’s under $11 shipping will be $9.99.
FYI….I have it on good authority that coupons will no longer be given out at the registers. Wanted to share. Please give your phone number (mine is a cell and I did get yesterday’s mailbox coupon) and your email address. That’s how they track your purchase history.

I got the mailer and my dates say NOW-Feb 19. If that’s the case, can I combine the $10/$40 and 20% in one order in store? I don’t see any limitations in the fine print…
Does anyone have any good scenarios? I heard that the 6oz. candles are around $3 (75% off), so you can get more product for your buck compared to the 3-wick candles.
U can only combine coupons when they come attached.
You cannot combine those two coupons. You can do two transactions. It should tell you on the back what coupons can be used together.
Pretty sure the coupons are linked to your credit card. I always receive two in the mail, one addressed to me and one to my husband. My husband does not shop there, but he is the primary person on our Amex card and I also you Discover which is under my name. I think you only have to give your # when paying with cash?
My coupons were free fun size, 20% off, and $6.00 plug and refill for wallflower. Sometimes we receive the same flyer with different coupon inside which is interesting!
I got the free wallflower too! Its not a free candle…im still a little sore on that one.
I am on their email list and that is how I get mine. Plus when you are in the store they will give you coupons and when you order online you get coupons.
I do not use a credit card and I get my stepsons and my husband’s, but I put them on the mailing list.
So odd, I get the mailers but never get the emails no matter how many times I’ve signed up.
They also have clearance soaps out I got 25 foaming for $1.22 each after the $10 off of $40! 😀

I got the mailer once years ago, and up until few months ago the email coupons. Now I just received the sale announcement via email, no coupon at all. I used both credit/debit cards and cash when I go shop there, never shopped online. I emailed customer service before Christmas, told them about the coupons I’m not getting. I was told to email them in a month if I still don’t get any coupons via email or snail mail.
I signed up in-store with my address 2 months ago—and again online but I am NOT getting anything from them in my snail mailbox!! What the heck do I need to do???
