  I don’t have one but a friend of mine did and I tried/saw it. Great if you are limited on space but still want to be able to work out.

   I have this exact one and paid way more for it and I use it every other day I love it! Kerri underwood has some videos for help as well. But I use mine to help with my posture while doing lunges.

   You can get a basic TRX trainer for $35 on Amazon. This is a great deal if you want the name brand though
