Can someone tell me how Subscribe and Save works as far as pricing goes. Collin posted a deal for Kettle Chips so I added it to my subscribe and save delivery in march, but looking at my Subscriptions the price listed under the chips is way up…. will I be paying that super high price?
Hi Amanda! The Subscribe & Save Price is only locked in for the first shipment. After that the price can go up. However you can cancel anytime. Hope this helps!
If you have not yet received your first shipment, look under your open orders, click on order details or invoice. There you will see what you paid and what discounts you received. The price under the item on the Subscribe and Save is the current selling price. You will only see what you paid on your invoice, not in Subscribe and Save. If you don’t want to pay the higher price for your second shipment, cancel before it ships. Hope this helps!
