I joined in December and have also been disappointed with my boxes so far. There was a sample of dry shampoo that I liked but when I went on website, it was $40 to purchase! I stayed on for February because you could choose one of 3 lipstick samples as an extra item for your box. 2 of 3 shades were out of stock so I was stuck with an extremely dark shade that I was willing to try. However, when it arrived, all the lipstick had melted into the cap and was unusable. I canceled after that.
I agree. I’ve been with Birchbox for about two years and have been VERY disappointed lately in low quality samples that are not relevant to me. I’m trying Sephora Play!

I also recently canceled Birchbox. Small, half-filled samples & I wasn’t impressed with most of the items. I did like a couple samples but they are super expensive to purchase the full sizes 🙁
