So in summary, the website sucks and some can get it working on some browsers and some get working on other browsers.
I’ve gotten to the thanks/success screen twice, but have not gotten any confirmation emails.

Keep refreshing (will have to fill out address again). I had trouble earlier but as of now their site seems to be loading faster. Earlier I had it submitted but never got a confirmation email. Just now I tried again and got the email minutes later.

That happened to me earlier too! I tried again just now (same bottle and shipping info) and got the confirmation email minutes later. I think the heavy traffic earlier may have affected whether it actually submitted. Hope that helps!
