It won’t let me enter my son’s name and #. I was able to choose color and a pattern. Any suggestions? I try to click on “edit” and nothing happens.
I had to reduce the font size of the screen…….hit control and the minus key then go and try to edit the name. It worked for me but now won’t submit 🙁

I got all the way to the shipping information page and every time I press submit it shows a “processing” circle and then goes back to the shipping page. I am not sure if it is submitting the order or not… should I keep pressing submit until I get a “Thank you page”? How long does it take to get a confirmation email?
That’s what I had to do! Keep trying! I knew when it worked cuz I got the thank you page and within a minute or two got the confirmation email.
Hmmm…I am ordering from my phone but when I go to put in the shipping information it comes up with the spinning circle and then takes me back to the shipping info page. I hopped on to the computer and the same thing is happening. I dont want to keep pressing submit! I’ll end up with a dozen and that wouldn’t be right! Hopefully it went through and if not, on to the next deal.
I hit refresh because it wouldn’t take my address. Then I got a confirmation but the picture did not show the colors or name I added. Oh well. I’ll take it anyways. Thanks!

Tip: I had a lot of trouble on my desktop computer through Explorer; kept saying there was trouble submitting. Tried on my desktop computer with Mozilla and couldn’t edit the name. Finally tried on Explorer on my Ipad and it worked perfectly. Hope this helps for anyone.

Please make sure your information is correct.” It’s correct! Anyone else having this issue?? This is absolutely painful, I’m going on 1.5 hours to try to get this freebie, lol! Finally got it to the shipping info but it won’t take. Will make for a great bday addition for my son if it ever does go through and doesn’t get cancelled.
