what is the difference between canvas and photo canvas and why the price difference. Is the photo shown in pic same as size mentioned for the deal?

Is there an option to upload from my phone? I see computer, Facebook, and Instagram. When I click on computer, it takes me back to Collin’s post. I’m not on a computer though. I’m on my phone. I thought this would be easy; but already having to ask questions with step one 🤷♀️
I just called about my issue and the first response I got was, “Hmmmm….” Then it was suggested that I clear my browser and cookies that would maybe help with the glitch I’m having.” No clue how to do that. This is taking more time than I have. Wish it would have worked. I would have loved a large pic of my grandbabies 😞
