Starbucks: Possible FREE Drink with ANY Purchase (Check Your Inbox)
Calling all Starbucks Fans!
Check your inbox for a possible email containing an offer good for a FREE handcrafted drink when you purchase any food or drink product between October 27th – 29th. Your free drink coupon will be added to your account after you make a qualifying purchase and is good for 7 days after purchase.
The email will be coming from the email address Starbucks@e.starbucks.com with the subject line “I’ll have a free drink, please” Just be sure to present the unique barcode in your email to your barista.
I also saw on their website that they have a Zombie Frappuccino. “The Zombie Frappuccino® blended beverage will be available October 26. It’s a chilling concoction of green caramel apple, a drizzle of dark mocha, and pinkish whip.”

I’m about to have the craziest Starbucks run this week!!!
I got this deal so I’ll get a drink, then I’ll get the other drink this week after they load it to my Gold card.
Then I have an offer along side of this to buy any Frappuccino, get 125 stars, which turns out to be another reward PLUS it will help me have Gold status for another year! I have 135 stars expiring in Nov. so I need to use those up by the end of this month. And FINALLY, my birthday is 10/31 so I will be getting a free birthday reward!!! I’m super excited and will be totally hyped up on caffeine! 😉

Keep an eye on your email for your bday freebie. You only get 2 DAYS instead of 1-2 weeks to use it. I told the SB barista to pass along to management/corporate that this is a rip as a lot of people don’t have a SB nearby or on every corner like big cities…or go there everyday. She totally agreed.
I noticed that with my husbands Starbucks bday reward. I don’t understand why they reduced the window to get your reward. You would think they would want for us to be a happy customer!
My bday was on the 25th and got the bday reward email on the 24th. It said it expires the 26th so I had to get it yesterday. I usually like to save my starbucks for a wkend treat. They should extend it for at least a full week for people to use.
I agree about the 2 days to be used for the bday. I have emailed CS about it when it’s expired before and they would add a reward back on for a day or two…

Yes! I do it all the time! a cheese stick is 95 cents! Whenever it says any purchase I buy a cheese stick. Also works for mobile orders too when you are playing their games and need to do a mobile order.

Once I forgot to buy something and it was like 10 pm and I did not want to go out so I used mobile order to buy a banana with no intention of picking it up and I got my free beverage. Well, my $1 beverage.

Can anyone help? This always confuses me, & it’s probably not hard. The post says to show the barcode from the email, but I don’t have a barcode in my email. And I don’t see a barcode in the Starbucks app so what do I show to get rewards like this & others?
There is no barcode in this promotion. Just have to make a purchase using your registered SBX card during the specified dates.

I don’t think anyone can pass it on to you. It’s nontransferable, not to be copied, etc. as it’s exclusive for the specific email recipient. Must pay with your registered SB card. Free drink will be loaded to the account of the person making the purchase. I got the email but no barcode. It seems to me all you have to do is tell the barista “I’d like a free drink, please.” When you make your purchase. And probably show the email. And free drink will be loaded to your card/account within 24 hours. Expires in 7 days.
After I became a gold member all the GOOD offers like this one stopped coming to my inbox. ;(

I think it’s going to people that maybe haven’t been to Starbucks in some time. I have a gold membership and haven’t gone in months and I got this deal plus buy a hot chocolate and get 125 points.
I cashed in on this today. Be sure the store you are going to is participating. My local Target SBs isn’t participating so I headed to the actual SB store. You need to show the barista the email so they can enter a code and you need to pay with your Gold card/account. Thank you, folks, who suggested to get a cheese stick! That was an amazing deal and healthy. WIN-WIN! Now if only SB hadn’t discontinued the sugar-free caramel syrup… ☹️. And in response to how I got the email, it could very well be that I’m not a frequent customer and it was one way to get me in the store to purchase something and now need to return to get the drink and possibly buy more since I’m already there.
