I just don’t want other people to get in a situation where they think that something is available when to my knowledge it is not because I had already traded for a code that wasn’t available from this person after multiple emails stating specifically I was interested in the 12 by 12. I get 8 by 8 codes quite frequently so that was not what I was after.

It’s a small box just big enough to hold the cards. It says Shutterfly on it. Reminds me of like a box some jewelry comes in. I was a little bummed but decorated it and stuck pictures of the cards on the box.

Emma, who are you to assume Mal is being greedy? Because she happened to receive multiple codes that everyone else wants? I consider that lucky. Would you rather Mal not use them or offer to trade and just let them go to waste. She is offering to trade…basic supply and demand. She is offering to trade something that she doesn’t need or want for something that she does have a use for. You can’t assume that she is being greedy, maybe she is a single mom trying to get things for her kids, or has had hours cut back, or has medical issues and couldn’t work, or any other possible scenario that happens to people. The fact that she is willing to trade for gift cards to multiple places, including Toys R Us, leads me to believe that this trade is for helping get Christmas gifts. Please don’t assume that someone is trying to make a profit just because they have something you don’t. That reasoning makes about as much sense as if someone you knew bought a new car that you thought was too expensive, so they should get a less expensive car and buy you a new one with the price difference! Realistically, the value of the shipping codes is well worth what people are asking to trade for. Personally, I have placed numerous Shutterfly orders that I wouldn’t have placed if I didn’t have a shipping code. Once again, please do not assume that you know what others intentions are, unless you have the ability to understand and know what others are going through, which I guarantee you do not. Especially during the holidays, which can be difficult for some, please try and show some kindness and compassion!
