I got the code to work but can someone help me with sizing? My mom wants a sweater for Christmas and told me she is an XL 16/18 but the sizes here are 14/16 and 18/20. I would like to know which one would fit more like an XL
14/16 usually works best for an XL.

This is tough. I am like your mom – wear a 16/18 and it all depends upon the cut of the shirt as to which will fit. I would go bigger rather than smaller. No one wants to feel like something is too small but if something is too big, well that doesn’t feel as bad! LOL Hopefully she can exchange if need be.

To get ship to store to work you have to add a small item. I added 2 pairs of socks for less than $4.00 (they are half off) and it worked. Still cheaper than paying shipping and I get an extra item for less than the shipping charge. Hope that helps.
