Is anyone else having the problem where it says please reenter pickup location?
For those having issues, I had to go through the order process and pretend like I was ordering and shipping to my house (put address in and everything) and then when I got to the screen with the review order button, I hit review order, and then went back and changed to in store pickup. I got it to ship to store free. Hope this helps!

I just called and they said it’s a third party coupon and they will not be accepted. They told me anyone that has placed and order with this coupon and it went through they will catch it once it hits the warehouse and it will be rejected. Bummer, still a great deal for the sweater though.

Didn’t have success. When I got to the review screen and hit “place order” it kept taking me back to the shipping screen. I was trying to do ship to store. I called their customer service to place the order with them and they said the code doesn’t apply because it’s a 3rd party code. 😢
I called the customer service as it was not giving me a confirmation . It kept going in a loop. They placed my order with the coupon code $0 was my total.

I ended up adding a pair of shorts to my order it work. I paid $5.50 for the sweater and shorts. Not bad!
I just spoke to their customer service dept. If you have a $0.00 balance, it will not ship to the store. She could not even place the order from her computer. Her recommendation was to buy something small ($6.41 total for me) to get it shipped to the store. I said that someone I know got it shipped to the store with a $0.00 balance and she said, “If the order went through, there is a strong possibility that the order will cancel when our computers realize it was a $0.00 order.”

I had the same problem where it would not let me complete the billing info when my total was 0$. I changed my order to a total of 21$ and it let me put my billing info in to pay 1$ ( ship to store)

I called customer service and while I was waiting on hold, I clicked around and found a few more things I wanted to order. When they answered, the woman just asked if I was placing an order with a code and I told her yes. She then proceeded to yell at me because “you people keep calling in and trying to get free stuff… nuh uh, you’re not getting anything for free today.” I tried to tell her that I was getting several items (which ended up being about $100), but she just interrupted me and told me again that I wasn’t getting anything for free from them. So I didn’t place an order at all.
Wow how rude of her she clearly needs another job where she has as little customer interaction as possible! Sorry this happened to you. definitely make your voice heard and complain.
