couldn’t get ti ship to store
So i just spent the last 45mins trying to place an order. I called they said the coupon expired and cannot honor it. I then spoke to someone on live chat, Rep told me that because the promo code is from a 3rd party they won’t honor it and any orders that was placed with that coupon will most likely be canceled.
I remember last year i got a coupon via text from them and went into store to use it spent 1hr looking for a gift for my MIL, went to cashier and she refused to take it, said because it’s the holidays they can’t accept coupons…even though there was no such restrictions on the coupon.
I ordered a panty for 5.99 and had the sweater and panty shipped to store. Lets see what happens.

The website took off the $20.00 but then wouldn’t let me proceed. After an hour of this, I called Lane Bryant. They told me this was a bogus coupon generated by a third party and they had been receiving many calls about it. You might want to check and take this off of your site.
I called customer service and was told I couldn’t use the coupon because it was a 3rd party coupon. (I was ordering a 20 sweater, ship to store) After I got off the phone I ordered the sweater with a pair of socks and it went through. I may return the socks when I pick them up.
Yeah there are full of caca.

When my order wasn’t going through properly I called Lane Bryant customer service and was told they aren’t accepting the code on-line or for phone orders. It is a “third party” promo code and therefore denied. She did say “maybe” the stores would accept it. Oh well.

This deal was a lifesaver. I did the deal several times. As long as you add a filler item so that the amount is not zero, it resolves the glitch. I did ship to store. I bought two bras (my daughters are F’s so Lane Bryant is my go-to store for their bras), four sweaters, and two sets of clearance socks. Just about finished up my shopping! Thanks for this deal.

Awesome! Got a red cardi + olive sleep wrap (in clearance) for $16 pickup. I’m kid of guessing on sizes, but a little oversized is ok 🙂 Everything showed OOS, until I selected a store for PICKUP during checkout.
Used the code a bit ago to get the sweater for my mom, I did pay the $8 shipping but if it gets cancelled I’m not out anything lol.. it was a FREE sweater. I haven’t had the greatest luck with Lane Bryant.. I got a text coupon from THEM last year and when I went to use it I was told it excluded basically everything I wanted to buy (even though there were no exclusions listed on the coupon).. I think they’re big on the old school “bring customers in any way you can then deny them the gimmick at checkout and hope they still buy something” way of doing things lol.

Blah, it wouldn’t let me put in my address and wouldn’t process w/o it and now the code is expired.

This coupon clearly was never meant to be distributed and I feel Hip2Save needs to take a hard, ethically minded look at whether sharing this was really necessary and whether causing harm to businesses is part of the message and vision you have for your company. Shouldn’t deals be win-win situations rather than harm business?

I am sorry you feel like we were being unethical… we truly were just sharing a code that was working on Lane Bryant’s site and since they often offer $10 off $10 text codes, we assumed this was a similar promo.
Poor businesses. lol Sometimes this works out and sometimes not. I have been with you all for a long time and some of the codes don’t work for everyone. This website has always been on the up and up and if it doesn’t work for you for “moral or ethical” reasons this clearly isn’t the place for you.

I made an order earlier then called to change the size of the sweater. They changed the size but then wouldn’t allow the coupon because it was third party. Became too much of a headache and I just cancelled the order.
I️ was able to get all the way to payment and then code went away. Bummer.
