Where do you put in the hip10 promo code.
Hi Sarah! Be sure to enter you payment information and then look to the bottom of your order summary to enter the promo code. Hope this helps!
This service has been a lifesaver since we had our second baby a few weeks ago & it’s been so nice being able to have groceries delivered so I don’t have to take the little ones out to crowded stores during cold & flu season.
Congratulations! Glad to hear how convenient it has been! Thanks for sharing your experience!
Is their typically a minimum order amount?
There is no minimum order, but for the $10 off you must spend $35.
Do you need to tip the delivery person?
Tips are VERY MUCH appreciated because often the delivery driver did not shop for your groceries this meaning they are making just $8 for picking them up from the store and delivering them from you….using their gas and vehicle. You can tip on the app or in cash. 🙂 Some of us really take our job seriously and when we are driving in the snow and then bringing your groceries inside to your kitchen think of us like you would any other service industry position.
I work for Shipt and yes, people don’t realize how much care and detail we put into shopping for their groceries.
Thanks so much. Got 21 items I needed for $29.29. Great deal.
You are welcome!
I work for instacart and just want to let customers know that the optional “service fee” is NOT a tip, and does not go to the delivery person. Most of us prefer cash tips. Otherwise, excellent option for those who need it.
Can you explain, why would anyone opt to pay the optional fee then ?? What am i missing ?? Lol thanks
Also anybody who gets a convenience service for themselves has at the very least a moral obligation to tip. In some instances tipping has gotten out of control i admit, but a service like this is a tipping no brainer.
Instacart has some of the best delivery people so sweet, so kind and thoughtful. I normally tip the person shopping and the person bringing the groceries. I will admit that I don’t use the service as much as I did before because I have to add on $50 for tipping (my choice). I can’t say enough about how great this service is. I would also like to add that google express and Prime now are also great!
This service isn’t yet available in my area. Bummer.
14 days for free then $149 annual fee!! Yikes!! Too rich for my blood….
I don’t feel well and needed some shopping done for holiday cooking and did not want to go out — it was easy, interactive (they message if something isn’t available and let you opt for other brands or items delivered to my front porch while I rest and get feeling better A+++++++
I shop and delivery for Instacart it’s new in the Salt Lake City area since July it’s catching on and people are loving the service if you would be so kindly and use my refereal code you get $10 and I get $10 when you order thanks in advance MJOHNSON83C3EE145
Instacart is great (I’m in San Diego) and I use it for Sprouts Farmers Market. Non-Costco members can also order items through Instacart! Save $10 off your first order through this link https://inst.cr/t/zuFVRd4jw
