The tall thin bottles look like they may be difficult to clean, and put ice into – does anyone have any experience with these bottles? They are very cute.
We have a tall one and the ice from the ice maker fits just fine. It can be hard to clean, but we normally only use water in it.
Hi Emily, I have the regular swell bottle which has the narrow opening. I found an ice tray at Ikea that makes thin stick ice cubes. I’ve also found if I fill an ice tray half full they are the perfect size and go in with no problem. I really do like my S’well bottle. It does keep my water super cold.
I believe they don’t fit regular sized ice cubes inside. However, they do keep cold water cold for a very long period of time (24 hours) and are good for hot and cold drinks. With mine, I just put refrigerated filtered water in or I’ll put the bottle in the fridge the night before. I got mine on clearance a couple months ago. I haven’t had a difficult time cleaning mine.
I use a bottle brush to clean it and it is still a little frustrating. I was worried about ice but our cubes fit without any problem.
I personally think it’s too small. Just one drink.

I have one but I can’t get used to using it. I feel like the opening is an awkward size. Maybe I’m just an awkward drinker 😂
I own three of these and somehow might add the new floral one to my collection! These sips are my favorite. I like them because they’re so much easier to hold in your hand, we always take this water bottle on our walks. We stick these straight in the dishwasher and haven’t had any paint chipping or other problems with this method of cleaning.

I love the one with the wide mouth… it’s easy to clean and the opening is big enough for my thick straw.
