I absolutely love this processor!! It’s a must for healthy living! My current favorite thing to do is put two cups of peanut butter and a cup or so of maple syrup in to make cookies. My blenders and other kitchen things never mix that thick of a batter well, but my two ingredient peanut butter cookies come out perfect every time with this!!
Hi Sara…are these no bake cookies? Can you please share the exact recipe? Thanks!
*Sweetness depends on your tastebuds.
Basic small batch:
One cup of peanut butter
2/3 cups of maple syrup
Pinch of salt
Mix in processor until firm batter. Scoop balls onto cookie sheet (I use partchment paper). Use fork to flatten down. Back 350 for 8-10 minutes
How cool! Thanks for sharing your favorite recipe to make with this food processor!
I love to freeze those cooked and eat them as a treat whenever I’m having a craving! My two year old begs for them. It’s also the only food processor I can use to make my chocolate peanut butter nice cream. I just mix 4-5 frozen bananas with one teaspoon of peanut butter (or almond if you have an allergy) and two table spoons of cacao powder. So yummy!! I broke my vitamix making too much nicecream. Thankfully this thing is a beast and doesn’t have any problems!
