Good to know. Always wonder about the quality of Wayfair products n delivery.
Wayfair is great and their customer service is pretty amazing too. I just moved in November and ordered quite a few things from them and only had an issue with one product. It was a pretty major issue that caused quite a headache and numerous calls to customer service but that said, they handled the issue well and I still wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again. My only advice is be sure to read the reviews and also be mindful of when things are expected to ship (some things ship really fast, like 1-2 days, and others ship really slow, like 4-6 weeks).

Just for reference, I have ordered rugs from Wayfair and love them. I only spent $75 on a huge one. My kids destroy everything and I will not spend $500 on a rug. I use it for a year or two and then throw away. Love, love, love, Wayfair rugs!
