  I haven’t used this one, but have a similar one at work and it has helped my wrist/hand a lot. I use the mouse quite a bit with Autocad and I can tell a difference. It was a little over $40, for this price I plan to try it out at home. Keeps your hand and wrist in a neutral position.

   I LOVE my vertical mouse. It takes a bit to get used to it but it is so much nicer on my wrist.

   I sat with dispatch once and the lady had a vertical keyboard too. Looked like a wizard answering 911 calls!

   I love my vertical mouse, too! It definitely took some time to get used to, but my wrist and arm don’t hurt anymore. Highly recommended if you spend a majority of your day on the computer.
