They are made from beef, turkey and I think chicken. Depends. I’ve had the turkey one and it was delicious. The beef too

Not sure if it has been this way before, but I just now noticed upon going to my Kroger app that the Free Friday download link shows up immediately upon opening the app. I didn’t have to look for it.
I know to each their own but I have tried several of the Epic bars and they have all been disgusting.

Got one today & I agree with you. It was so GROSS! Bison cranberry. Went into garbage. Glad it was free!
My middle school aged son just tried my free venison epic bar. He really liked it and said it was very filling. Unfortunately it is a bit pricey to buy on a regular basis. I liked the limited ingredient list.
I got the sirracha chicken today and it was pretty good. My husband got the bisson and he said it was good. The also had venison but just couldn’t buy it for $ 2.00
i get emails from freddies telling me i have a free item. i got 1 free Atkins frozen meal..
I don’t know if I would pay $2 for another one, but maybe $1 if it goes on sale. We tried venison. I was curious about the bison and chicken. Quite a few of the free friday products have become something we buy now, and may not have tried if it was not free in the first place. My daughter loves the dole chia fruit cups we had free a few weeks ago. I just bought 2 more packs of those yesterday.
