We had this for my twin boys. It was amazing. I loved knowing they were safe and contained.

Good to know how well it worked for them Breanna! Thanks a bunch for your comment! I sure would have loved this for my kiddos when they were little!

Hello, how did you get the 34.19 price? Has that expired or is it still possible to get that price? Is that price for Amazon Prime members only? I can see it for 39.99. Maybe it just went up in price.

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Hi there! It appears the price has gone up a bit. Thanks so much for letting us know! Updating now!

This was great for a short amount of time but my son quickly figured out that he could get his foot up where bars cross and stand on it/try to climb out. He got his foot up there and fell out when my back was turned and it scared the cra* out of me. So this is probably OK, especially at this price, for crawlers and begninning walkers, but once they learn to start climbing I would put it away because it’s easier to climb than other playards they make.

Thanks so much for the warning! It can be scary when they learn to climb!

I’m getting the 39.99 price as well. I have prime, so that’s not it! Maybe we are missing a special code?

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Hi Jennifer! No code needed. It seems the price went up just a bit. I have updated the post. 🙂

Samanthology, thanks for pointing out that issue. I was all set to buy this, but something told me to check the comments again, and after I read yours, I changed my mind because the L.O. is getting toward that climbing stage! Thank you so much for taking your time to post that comment because you helped me to avoid making a bad purchase for my active L.O.!

No problem! Some people have no issues with it at all, but some kids are climbers/daredevils and don’t listen to ‘no’ and unfortunately that’s my son in a nutshell lol. Don’t get me wrong, I really did love this before he started climbing. I work full-time from home and it was my saving grace for keeping him contained with his toys and occupied while I worked, but we have all hardwood floors, so once he figured out how to climb it, it was just too risky. Something more like a gate-style worked better for us because it was harder to climb. Here’s just an example (it’s pricey but I just did a quick google search I am sure there are more affordable options) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B019HAF4L8/ref=sspa_dk_detail_6?psc=1&pd_rd_i=B019HAF4L8&pd_rd_wg=ak5PK&pd_rd_r=ESY8A9CT1NR6PY5EDH6N&pd_rd_w=xw3I2

We bought this for our daughter and absolutely love it. One of the best baby purchases we made. We bought it mainly for camping and outside use, but quickly started using it inside as well. We love being able to pack it up and take it on vacations. Great for relatives homes that aren’t babyproof! We don’t really have an issue with her climbing out and she’s two now. We caught her one time and told her that was a no no. Haven’t had an issue since.

Humm, you all are talking small children, I’m thinking something to contain my small fur baby when we are away from home and just want to be outside to relax! I’d probably have to tear out the bottom though.

I have put small dogs in here before and it worked fine. My son and small dog were in this play yard at in the summer. Works great for infant-pulling up stage. Nice to have the bottom so the littles can’t put things in their mouth they find on the ground.

This has a canopy? It only states that it is a playard and pictures don’t show a canopy. There is another option with a canopy for over $100.

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Sorry for the confusion Ana! Thanks for asking! It appears the canopy is sold separately. I have removed that detail from the post.

We had this and got frequent use out of it until our son was about 14 months old and learned to climb out of it. That’s a great price though even if you only use it for about a year! It was easy to fold up and take to Grandma’s house too 🙂
