I just wanted to share my experience with Simple Canvas Prints for anyone who’s considering ordering. I recently ordered my first canvas from them when they had the large deal the 24 by 36. I was working from my phone and juggling the kids and the picture I selected was one of about 30 similar pictures taken one after the other at the beach. They all were almost identical other than slight changes in facial expression. When I ordered the picture they sent me a digital copy to approve, which of course on my phone looked fantastic. When the canvas got here I was ecstatic! The colors were beautiful the quality was great and it got here so fast. But something was bothering me about it and I couldn’t figure out what it was until I finally realized that I had ordered the wrong picture. The picture I had intended to order my child was smiling in, and in the one I had accidentally selected she was scowling. Also for some reason the lighting in the picture made what appeared to be a milk mustache on my upper lip.(The white line was in my photo, not their fault.) I contacted simple canvas and they told me that they would absolutely replace it no problem. I am so impressed with this company, they have my business for life. The mistake was mine they did not have to fix it. So if you are considering or ordering from them they are absolutely fantastic and I will be suggesting them to everybody I know. I splurged to have them touch up the photo and I’m so happy I did, the colors are Beautiful!
