Forget the roses! A waste of money to me, and my kids and husband know not to get them! 😝 I’ll take a hand-made card or letter and a drawn picture every time 😊

These are beautiful and a great price but roses and flowers are a waste of money. They die within days and get thrown away. I’d hate it if my wife was a “I have to have flowers every Valentine’s day or Mothers Day” kinda woman.
If it helps, I’m a I-Love-flowers -and-not-necessarily-always-roses-kind of woman, but will also be super upset if the love of my life spends $150 or even $80 on V-day or Mother’s day. I agree that the loving gestures every day make me feel more special than $150 roses b/c Hallmark told you to. A handmade card from my l’il one is worth a brick of gold!
That said, $40 for a gorgeous bouquet of flowers, esp those that I can enjoy for a whole 5-10 days in the beginning of Spring/summer is a wonderful addition to our home. They smell divine, and brighten my home and my day. They make me smile.
I can also attest to the quality of Costco roses. For a large surprise party, I once got all the vases I had, and filled them w/ Costco roses, and I got a ton of compliments all evening on my pretty “mismatched centerpieces”. They lasted a week or so at home.
Although I totally agree with you, my mom LOVES flowers. So this is a deal I am interested in. We are all different 🙂

This is such a great deal and every time I’m in Costco I look looking at their flowers. They always look perfect! I never buy though because I’m in the “it’s a waste of money” boat but maybe once a year we should splurge.
