Didn’t work for me neither. Ebates advertised that exact code listed from their Party City link, so I don’t get it. I emailed them. The PC website seems like it’s one or the other, but Ebates specifically says AND. I took screenshots, put the order through and emailed them. Crossing my fingers they come through and hold up to what they advertised and reimburse my the $7.99, but I’m not holding my breath.

Thank you for this info! I’ve never thought to look at their toy section (I only order there for birthday decorations) and I was able to get a Melissa and Doug pancake set for $5! And it’s on Amazon for $16.49 now!
