Its terrible service 🙁 we had a same coupon for free 6 month baby and family photo session. Incredibly rude staff. The photos are turned out HORRIBLE. In each pose every one looks bad and they didnt say anything . None photo is good. Worst photos i ever saw in my life.

When I saw photos for ad I thought I wish my photos came out as nice. The photographer was nice but definitely not her calling and they just weren’t nice one that I really liked had my daughter’s bra strap showing
I have used jcp photo for 4 or 5 years and our 2 local studios are fantastic! I always sign up for their perks club I believe is 29.99 for 2 years which includes free sitting fees AND comes with one free standard print (10×13 or smaller), One free collage, and 3 gifts of $10 off purchases of $10 or more. They also have a free bd club which sends you $15 off for your kids bd (sometimes they send 2 or 3!!!) Between the perks offers, bd coupons and regular coupons and sales I take my kids about 5 or 6 times a year and spend about $2 or $3 a visit to get 4 or 5 sheets of pictures (different poses) or photo cards sometimes a canvas etc! Their customer service is great also. One time I was not pleased with the clarity of my photos and they shipped me another set to my home for free. Also, if you take the survey after your visit you get an additional $3 coupon to use on your next visit which I always do! I would HIGHLY recommend jcp portraits!
I love our local JCP Portrait Studio. We have been going there for the last 12 years and they are great. If your worry about getting bad pictures, just request a specific photographer. Photographers have come and gone through the 12 years that we have been going there, as a result, I just request a photographer that I know does good work.

I used a Groupon for this package at the photo studio in Louisville, KY a few years ago. The photographer was an absolute saint and the pictures came out beautiful. She was dealing with a 4 year old ball of energy packaged in a pretty pink bow who moved around like an octopus after a red bull. She managed to get my niece to sit still long enough to get some lovely pictures. I’d definitely do it again with the same 7 year old ball of energy, LOL.

We have used JCP for our family portraits for 5+ years now. I always buy the cheapest Groupon deal when they have a 20% off. After your session they put all the pictures online in a gallery and you can purchase prints or individual downloads however you want. They also have coupon codes that save you money on the prints. Love JCP!!
I have no idea how these things work. Have never done a photo shoot 🙈..does this means we pay for $15.99 for only one photo printed on different things? What if I want multiple photos or digital images rather than other items? Do they give deals on those as well?
you get all of the photo sizes listed in the post in all the same pose. so if you want to get different poses this is not the deal for you. They often have coupons on their website for 40% off and 3.99 per picture up to 11×13. this is good only if you want a bunch of the same picture in different sizes.
Seriously just because you have a nice camera in your hands doesn’t mean the picture turned out good. The last session I did for Easter was probably the worst one I have ever experienced in the 9 years we have been taking picture there. I have had a select few good photographers but usually they are the manager and are not available very often. They need to train there photographers better.
I had there 1yr membership but used only one time. Not happy with the photos or the service

we have had the BEST pictures from the JCP studio. I have been to 3 different studios in 2 states. the last photographer did our huge family portraits and managed to get a 91 year old all the way to my 4mo. old all smiling! have never used a groupon but thinking of doing it this time! been about 5 times in total!
