I hate these things. I got one for practically free a couple of years ago and then maybe 15 refills for it (for pennies). Every time my kids walked into the bathroom and turned the light on or off, it would activate the sensor and soap would come out. Made a mess all around the sink and in the sink. 🤪

That’s odd. I had one for about a year in my kitchen. Never had a problem with it. I really liked it.

I’ve had one in my kitchen for years. The first one quit working after 6 months so I wrote to the company. They sent me enough in coupons to buy another one and several refills. I’m still using those refills!

I have used these for many years (refill with my own soap though) and have never had this issue. They do sometimes randomly squirt soap when the eye/lens is dirty, but I clean it and it’s back to normal.
