Hi Jenny! We checked with the advertiser and yes the H is width sizing. So if you normally wear a 7.5, you would order a 7H!
Width or length? If you wear a 7.5, it doesn’t mean you need a wider shoe, it means you need one longer than a 7, but shorter than an 8. If you need a shoe wider than a regular size 7, you’d wear a 7W.
H means half size, ex. 8 1/2
is 8H.

I called Customer Service and they do have free returns! I think I will order a pair! They are from the same company that makes Dearfoams.
