Can anyone confirm the quality of the canvas prints? I had some photos printed at Walgreens and was not impressed with the quality of the prints, maybe canvas is better?

Yes, you most likely need a bigger size 😕
Try adjusting the size in Paint, or any photo editing tool. 11×14 is a common proportion. Is your picture too wide or something? What do you mean too big?

All my pictures are too big also. Is there a way to crop them to make it smaller? its strange.. it is cutting off my daughters feet etc.
Same for me! I have a picture of all the Grandkids on the beach and there is a Grandchild on each end that gets cut off lol not sure my Mother in Law would like that 😉

For those of you having problems with it cutting off feet, change it to have a color border instead of photo border. It is accounting for the picture being wrapped around the frame when it cuts or bottom or sides
Yes! Was just coming to say this same thing. It will fit normally if you choose color border.

Curious to know since I’ve never printed a photo on canvas before:
does the color fade easily,
will the canvas crack if placed in direct sunlight overtime,
is it easy to clean if I accidentally get dirty smudges on it,
will the canvas photo print last for years or get worn out in a few months?
