I have to say I’ve ordered this deal 2-3 weeks ago now. Yet to receive anything. Finally got confirmation Saturday 6 out of the 7 family members have shipped. I also got a bit saying they may cancel the last one if not received to their warehouse shortly. First year buying for the whole family…and the set missing is for my new Daughter in law. These are non returnable…so don’t know how to fix this if I don’t get the last set

No bueno…called the number..they are not getting/sending the last pair…they suggested I give the remaining items to charity…lol…cuz they are no returnable. I had never heard of this company before hip2save. And not everyone has the same experience…but I need to do better homework in the future…just a fyi for people ordering from unfamiliar to them sites

Same thing happened to me with Kohls…I wouldn’t of bought the PJs if I knew one of them would sell out. I don’t live next to a Kohls either…
A little off topic, but another Zulily complaint lol
This morning I received an email saying they were giving away $100 credit to 100 lucky winners. I clicked on the link just for the heck of it and as it switched to my zulily homepage a banner was across the top of the page that said …… congratulations your a winner of $100 credit!
I was super excited of course! Then after two hours and the credit was not listed in my account, I emailed them to ask and they said they would reply soon. Now, however, after no reply, when I click on the same link, it says sorry you are not a winner! Really!?
I’ve read of this happening before.
I would screenshot next time so you have proof
and send it to them.
