This heavy duty climber is made of weather/rust-resistant powder-coated steel! It measures 10 feet wide and 5 feet high and has a 600 pounds total weight capacity!

On the fence? See what Hip2Savers have to say…

My 4 year old climbs all over it and has since he was 3.5 years old. He is a monkey for sure. It’s better for kids to climb and learn gross motor when they are little. He has fallen a couple times and usually gets right back up and starts climbing again!🤷

We got one of these on Prime day and it is a hit with my 6 and 7 year old. I see it keeping their attention for a few more years. We hung a disc swing from the middle so they can swing around, which they enjoy. Toss a parachute or blanket over the top for a quick fort. Well worth the money!!

We have this and the kids love it! Fairly simple to put together, just takes a little time (if I remember correctly it took 2-3 hours?). Heavy duty but easy enough for one adult to move around for mowing. Disc swing in the middle and tarp/parachute over the top add to the fun. We have also put one (or two) of those smaller hard plastic pools inside the dome from time to time. So much fun for kids with imaginations who like to climb!

We bought this last Christmas and the kids love it! They all have a blast on it, and it’s really helped increase confidence in climbing abilities.

SO glad they have liked it! Thanks for sharing! We have a similar dome in our local playground and my kiddos always enjoy it!

  2. Em

This is a great price! Good quality, easy enough to move for mowing; I think it took 3-4 hours to assemble. We have one in the back yard; the kids love it!

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Thanks for the helpful comment, Em! Good to know this is easy to move for mowing!

We have this and it’s amazing! Doesn’t get overly hot even in the hottest days of summer and it’s really stable. The kids never get sick of it and you can throw a parachute over it to make a tent. Or hang a hammock.

When you say hot…how hot is it in your area??? I’m in the deepest part of South Texas. It gets up to 120 in the hottest days of summer. :/ Please let me know.

      • Rochelle

Wondering the same thing, I live in Fl with endless summers…

      • Kate

I’m also in Texas and we got up to the 120s a lot. My husband reminded me that there were a few days where they stayed off late afternoons but it was the time where you really aren’t hanging outside for fun anyways. Mornings and evenings weren’t an issue at all. It was super hot while I was assembling it but once it was off the ground and in the air, it wasn’t something they noticed much. Warm for sure but not what you would expect on our normal metal playground equipment down here. Never to a point of burning their skin if they touched it without thinking.

Aww, that sounds like a lot of fun! Thanks for sharing how your kids have enjoyed it!

  4. Julie

    What ages good for?

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Hi Julie! Here is what I find listed in the details – “Suitable for children ages 3-10; 600 lb. total weight capacity”. Hope that helps!

  5. Laura

Been eyeing this for a few years now… is this the best price?? Should I just take the leap and buy? Thanks for the help! Thanks hip2save for keeping us updated on all the deals!!!

    • Queenjen87

I’m right there with you too

    • Kate

If you check the price history on, this is definitely the best price!

    • Shelly

I’m curious if this is a best price also…looking at getting this as a Christmas gift for our kiddos!

We bought this on a good deal a couple years ago. It was a great climber and my kids loved it. In FL, it rusted through very quickly and I was disappointed that it did so. I wouldn’t recommend for a year round warm climate with lots of rain.

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Oh bummer! Thanks for sharing your experience!

    • Rochelle

Argh, that’s what I’m afraid of – I live in Fl.

    • D

Thank you for that feedback – I’m in Hawaii and was kinda thinking of maybe going for it but was worried about how quick it would wear out.

  7. Rebekah

Great buy! My 8 and 5 year olds still love it! Their imaginations run wild. It’s a fort, a jail, an igloo… My daughter even hangs a hammock on it and reads! With all the use we’ve gotten, I may have been willing to even pay full price!(well, probably not FULL price :p)

  8. Tara's

Got it!!!! Thank you!!! My 8 year old climber will be very happy & surprised!!!

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Aww, how exciting! You’re so welcome!

  9. Ashley

Thanks for posting! I didn’t know what to get my two boys (3.5 and 7). This is perfect!! I went through Walmart…..they have Ebates cash back!

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

You’re most welcome! SO glad this popped up for you to grab today!

  10. Melissa

Thanks!! Grabbed one for my 4 year old’s birthday. My aunt has one and the kids play on it for hours!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

You’re welcome, Melissa! Such a great gift idea!

  11. J.J.

Wow! Thank you SO much. I just ordered this for my 3 and 5 year old. They are going to be so excited!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Yay! You’re welcome!

Can anyone tell me what the packaging is like? I’m just wondering if I should have it shipped to my house or my neighbor’s house.

    • Jen

Send to neighbors if you need to hide it. It came in original box with product on outside.

  13. EVB

For those of you that have this. Have your kids had any hard falls or major injuries from climbing this? 😬 I want to get this but worried for my 4 year old.

  14. Sara

Do they make this in adult size? I want one for myself.

  15. Janice

How easy is this to disassemble and reassemble if we move?

  16. Krishna

Can anyone recommend a swing to go with it? TIA

    • Jamie

Look into the Lifetime swing sets! I got the best deal on one at Costco, including purchasing membership (and it came with extras like infant swing and picnic table)!

  17. CJ

We’ve had this for about 4 years. My boys were 1.5, 3 & 6 when we first set it up & we paid around $160. My youngest couldn’t climb it at that point & my 3 year old pretty much just climbed on the first level. Now of course they all climb it well. We have it over grass & have had 2-3 falls over the years but they only resulted in having the air knocked out of them. I’m in Texas & it does have some rust on a couple of bolts but it’s very minor. My boys all really enjoy it & so do friends who come over. I move it around by myself as needed for mowing & to keep the grass wear even. I’m still very happy with the purchase & this is a great price.

  18. Amanda

    It’s sold out 🙁

    • Jessa

I’m still able to get it at amazon and Walmart

    • Liza (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Hi there! I am still seeing this available from both Amazon and Walamrt so you might want to check back!

  19. Cristine

The deal is back on Amazon. I just bought one for the $129 price. 🤩
