I just had the worse experience at Target. I purchased an item that costed $9 in store and then went back in right away when I realized that I forgot to have them adjust the price match to target.com at $6. It was only a less than $3 difference. The cashier couldn’t figure out the correct difference and kept saying it should be less. She made an inappropriate comment about me to another associate with me standing right there. I was so shocked that she would actually bad mouth a customer in front of a customer. I just grabbed the change and left without the item that I paid for. The whole experience just left a bad taste in my mouth. Not sure I can go back to that store again. I love the store but it was just a horrible experience.
I’m so sorry that happened to you, Tracy! She had no right to do that and you should call and say something to a manager about it so it never happens to anyone else & have them hold your item at the customer service desk at the very least. I have a couple of things I need to pick up from my target from an online order in the next couple of days- I’d be happy to get one of your item for you (whatever it is) and ship it to you (it’s not a brick is it? lol ) if you would give my your email address so I can get a shipping address. It’s the holidays and I’d love to pay it forward since I don’t have any codes to share on this thread & everyone is always so helpful!
