i got 2 of these on black friday and they dont accept any coupons with this, tried many times. they say this 25$ off itself a coupon so no more coupons accepted with this

Hi there! The gift card can be used to make purchases at the Sephoras located inside of JCPenney. The $25 coupon is not a gift card, and cannot be used on Sephora items, per the exclusions listed on the JCP site. Hope that helps!
OT: Did anyone have an issue using the coupon from 12/10 Green Monday for Macy’s? I was very lucky (so I thought at the time) and got $25 off and was able to use it on 12/15. But today I got an email from Macy’s saying I used their coupon multiple times and violated their terms so they will cancel my order. I am pretty upset. I only use the coupon one time and I ordered Xmas gifts with it 🙁 Now they accuse me of something I didn’t do and then cancel my order with the gifts. Sorry, I need to vent. Did this happen to anyone else? I will call them about this but I feel they wouldn’t do anything about it. I hope I am wrong.
if you have the receipt and the payment you use tell them and ask them to show the proof that you used many times. there should be some sort of proof when they say that . just suggesting, maybe wrong.

Same thing happened to me, called them and they gave some other reasons for the cancellation saying the items are out of stock and that the coupon wasnt supposed to be used on sale items. Wouldn’t do anything about it
Oh no, that is just wrong. I read the coupon terms and it doesn’t exclude sale items. I also used on sale items. I wish they were more clear. I would be fine if it’s regular priced items but they should state that in their terms. Thank you for your reply.
Oh my goodness I had issues using the Macy’s coupon also. After several attempts to get order to go through I finally called them and was told that I had to purchase items double of what my coupon was. What a nightmare trying to use it but I finally ordered 2 pairs of leggings. I got confirmation to pick up my items. Should have just ordered something from the home department may have had a better experience.
Sorry it happened to you too. I did order 2 of the same item and they were from the home department. I ordered 2 of the Dublin crystal serving bowl and 2 other crystal serveware on sale.
Same thing happened to me even I used only one code and not sure why I got that email and they did even mentioned that they will continue to monitor my orders for unusual act. 😔
yep, I got an email too. I called to have them reinstate it but my item all out of stock. 🙁 The made another order for me for a similar item but wasn’t able to give the full $10 off. :/
I hope it is an error. I feel if they were not going to allow ppl to use the coupon, they shouldn’t have had the coupon in the first place. After receiving that email, I hesitate to shop at Macy’s again. Their sales might be good but this is not how you treat your customers. I rather shop at Nordstrom or Lord and Taylor.
I got the same email saying the same things about unusual activity and they will monitor my future order.I am really very sad and it spoiled my day and mood and feeling like I did something extremely bad just because I use coupons and save some dollars But after thinking a lot I accept my mistake and felt guilty because I had used mine coupon,my husbands,my cousin who don’t want to use it as it was just $5.So the email says it violates its terms as its only 1 coupon per household I guess and we used more than 1 coupon that too on same email.

Well mine it was trying to use my macys $10 cash bought 3 robes and ended up paying for them not using the Macys $10 cash and their email said that my items that I was purchasing that the Macys didn’t qualify the cash whatever I can shop somewhere else ! They won’t be getting my money
Just spent over an hour on hold, talking to CS Agent, then Sup regarding my Macy’s order being cancelled. Got the nasty email from them about multiple orders, using multiple coupons, all Not True! Had one order, one $10 coupon. Bottom line, coupon could only be used on full price item. What the hell, very disapointed in Macy’s. Been a long time customer, should not get nasty emails and treated this way!
Oh man, thanks for sharing. I agree. I have been a long time Macy’s customer too and felt that email was terrible. They could’ve said the coupon was only used on full price items and give us the option to keep the order without the coupon instead of canceling the order. I am very disappointed in Macy’s too.
